How It Works

Donate your clothes
in three simple steps.

No trips to the charity shop. No trips to recycling centre. Just book, bag, and we'll do the rest — completely free.

STEP 01

Book Your Free Collection

Fill in our quick online form and we'll offer you a collection date in your area within one working day. Takes under 2 minutes — no phone calls needed.

STEP 02

Bag It & Leave It Out

On your chosen day, bag up your unwanted clothes and leave them on your doorstep before we arrive. No sorting, no labels — any condition, any style accepted.

STEP 03

We Sort, Recycle & Give Back

Our team collects your bags, sorts every item responsibly, and ensures nothing goes to landfill. Clothes are reused, recycled, or redirected to support charitable causes across Wales.
